The Labor Commissioner’s Office has posted guidance in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on changes in overtime requirements for agriculture brought about by AB 1066 (Gonzalez, 2016).  You can review the FAQ at this link.  You can also download the newly-revised Wage Order 14 (revised to comply with AB 1066) at this link.
